I’ve been hoping we’d return to this storyline since the last time it came up, in, uh…early 2020, I think? Looking forward to seeing what develops and tentatively hoping we’ll see a return to (or conclusion of) the Kharisma storyline at some point, too.
(I was also digging the plot with Monette trying to get her cryptid show off the ground but since I’m guessing Covid put the kibosh on that, I’m not sure if we’ll see it come up again or not.)
My guess is this is one of the theaters Fred worked at back in the day. He mentioned it to Sanderson once and then after Sanderson pestered Fred about having not told Davan about it before, it is implied Fred did eventually tell Davan about helping out at his (cousin’s? I don’t remember) theater.
Boy I hope he’s in there reconnecting with someone from the old roster. I’m hoping it’s Kharisma. It’s unlikely, but I’m hoping.
I was thinking maybe his old boss, who he was writing plays for. Mr. Sanderson.
