As someone who’s nearly 50 and starting year 2 of the hardest year of my life, happy birthday & hang in there.
Might not matter too much, but this comic has given me and my friends literal YEARS of happiness. So thank you.

Hang in there and continue to let spite sustain you. A very underrated emotion, spite. It can keep you going when hope and determination have failed.

After reading this and the 7 December 2025 Thimble Theater, I feel like Olive was channeling you in the Thimble Theater topper.
